To enter our competition you just need to send a consignment by one of our services before the 31st March 2012.
Alternatively send us your name, address and email address and a note asking to be entered into the Deltec Internation Courier Easter Egg competition.
Terms and conditions for our Easter egg competition
These are the rules, that apply to your participation in our Easter Egg Competition (“the Competition”).
By submitting your entry and by entering the Competition you agree to these rules. If you do not agree please do not enter our Easter egg competition.
The promoter of the Competition is Deltec Internation Courier LTD.
The prize for all 200 winners will be a Thornton’s 327gram milk chocolate Easter egg.
The Competition is open to UK resident’s aged 18 or over, excluding Deltec Internation Courier employees, their families, agents or any person or company associated with this Competition.
To make a valid entry you must enter your details or send a consignment using Deltec Internation Courier Courier or mailing services. All correct entries will go into a random draw and 200 winners will be selected at random. All entries must be received by 31st March 2012. Deltec Internation Courier will not be responsible for the non-receipt of any entry.
Deltec Internation Courier reserves the right to use the Entrant’s name to market the Competition or showcase the work of Deltec Internation Courier.
Deltec Internation Courier reserves the right to refuse any entry for any reason at its absolute discretion.
The decision of the Judges is final. Neither correspondence nor discussion concerning any decision shall be entered into.
Deltec Internation Courier reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any of these terms and conditions.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
The winners will be notified as soon as possible after the Competition has closed. If the Winners do not respond to Deltec Internation Courier notification within one week they may forfeit their right to any prize and Deltec Internation Courier may at its discretion select a replacement Winner.
Only the Winners will be contacted by Deltec Internation Courier. The Winner’s names may be published on the Deltec Internation Courier website or you can write to Deltec Internation Courier Easter Egg Competition Winners, UNIT 8 & 9,LAWRENCE ROAD, HOUNSLOW, MIDDLESEX TW4 6DR, Including a self-addressed stamped envelope, for details of the winners.
The Competition Prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Deltec Internation Courier reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at any time.
Deltec Internation Courier reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the Entrants. By entering the Competition, the Entrants agree to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.
Our terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Both you and Deltec Internation Courier hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Deltec Internation Courier reserves the right to review and revise these rules from time to time without giving you prior notice. By entering the Competition subsequent to any revision of these rules, you agree to be bound by such changes.
